Executive Coaching

What you may be experiencing right now

  • You master the job better than anyone on your team — and you keep doing it yourself, because “it’ll be quicker”.
  • Delegating makes you anxious: fear that it will be done less well, or guilt about “burdening” others.
  • Your team seems to wait, disengage, or even work around you.
  • Your days overflow with operational tasks, and the manager role you should be fulfilling always comes second.
  • You want to remain exemplary and preserve a good atmosphere — but you no longer know how to reconcile the two.

If you recognise yourself, you don’t have a competence problem. You have a posture problem.

The trap of the expert turned manager

What made you successful — technical mastery, reliability, the “I’ll take care of it” — becomes a brake as soon as the aim is to help a team grow. As long as you remain the best performer, your team remains a spectator. It doesn’t disengage in spite of your involvement: it disengages because of it.
The good news: managerial posture can be learned. And it is learned all the better when starting from who you really are, rather than from an imposed model.

Tailored support, in three stages

  1. Understanding how you function. We begin with a PerformanSe psychometric debrief: an objective mirror of your preferences, levers and blind spots. In one month, you gain a clarity that would take years to acquire alone.
  2. Working on your posture. Session after session, we turn the real situations of your daily life into a training ground: delegating without letting quality slip, setting a framework without breaking the atmosphere, asserting your decisions while remaining open to listening.
  3. Embedding the changes. The aim is not to create a dependency on coaching, but to make you autonomous. You leave with a stable posture, new reflexes, and a team that takes back its share.

The outcome

  • You delegate without guilt — and your team grows in competence.
  • You regain time and perspective for your real leadership role.
  • Your team re-engages, because it finally has room.
  • You keep your team’s esteem while fully assuming your authority.
