My mentor coaching

What may have brought you here

  • You are preparing your ACC or PCC accreditation and need to complete your mentor coaching hours.
  • Your renewal is approaching, and you are looking for a recognised mentor coach.
  • You want a demanding outside perspective on your practice, beyond any obligation.
  • You have heard about the new MCS requirement for 2027 and want to approach a qualified mentor now.

Much more than a box to tick

Yes, the ICF requires mentor coaching. But reducing this step to an administrative formality means missing the essential.
Mentor coaching is one of the rare moments when someone genuinely observes how you coach and reflects back to you, competency by competency, what works and what can still grow. It is an accelerator of progress, not a mere certificate — and that is precisely the spirit in which I practise it.

How a session unfolds

  1. You send me a recording. Ahead of our session, you send me the recording of one of your real coaching sessions.
  2. I transcribe and analyse. I handle the transcription and analyse your practice against the ICF core competencies.
  3. We talk for an hour. We take the time to go back together over the competencies already well embedded and those to consolidate — concretely, from your own material.
  4. You leave with written feedback. I send you a personalised summary after the session. For an accreditation, you also receive the official ICF form together with my report.

The ICF framework, in brief

To obtain or renew an ACC or PCC accreditation, the ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching spread over at least 3 months, including a minimum of 3 hours one-to-one. Mentor coaching is defined there as a learning process based on observation of recorded sessions and feedback centred on the ICF core competencies.
New: from 1 January 2027, mentor coaching hours counting towards an ICF accreditation or renewal must be delivered by a mentor coach holding the MCS (Mentor Coach Specialization). That is my case, for both ACC and PCC levels.

Formats & fees

ICF Accreditation Package — €800 excl. VAT. 3 individual 1-hour sessions, with transcription, competency feedback and official ICF forms. The right format if you are preparing or renewing your ACC or PCC.
Mentor coaching by the hour — €230 excl. VAT / hour. To progress on your skills outside an accreditation framework, without production of ICF forms.

Why choose me as your mentor coach

Mentor coach recognised as MCS (Mentor Coach Specialization) by the ICF for ACC and PCC levels, PCC coach (ICF) and ESIA-accredited supervisor (EMCC). More than 4,000 psychometric debriefs and long coaching practice.
You receive feedback anchored in the ICF core competencies — not in personal preferences — and the same supportive rigour that I bring to my own practice.
