You support your clients with rigour. And you — who helps you step back?
Individual ESIA-accredited supervision, rigorous and supportive, to nourish your practice, shed light on your blind spots and strengthen your posture.
What you may be experiencing in your practice
- You mostly work alone, without an outside perspective on your work.
- Some client situations leave you with a doubt, a discomfort, a question — and no one to ask.
- You suspect that blind spots are escaping you, precisely because they are blind.
- You carry ethical dilemmas or emotional resonances with no space to set them down.
- The supervision you have known felt like an inspection or an accreditation formality — not a real lever for growth.
If you recognise yourself, it is not a sign of fragility. It is the daily reality of every serious practitioner who works alone.
Supervision is not a pass-or-fail exam
Supervision is still too often confused with inspection, remediation, or a box to tick for accreditation. It is something else entirely: the space where you set down what you carry, where you gain height on your client work, and where your practice transforms.
The strongest coaches don’t get supervised because they doubt their worth — but because they hold on to their standards. Stepping back is not an admission of weakness: it is what separates a practitioner who progresses from one who plateaus.
Structured supervision, grounded in research
A clear and safe framework. I draw on Proctor’s three functions of supervision — normative, formative, restorative — and on Hawkins & Shohet’s seven-eyed model, to explore every dimension of the coaching relationship, including what is replayed without your awareness.
A start informed by psychometrics. From the first month, a PerformanSe psychometric debrief offers you an objective mirror of how you function as a practitioner: your levers, preferences and blind spots. An accelerator of clarity, built into your supervision journey.
Regular, structured sessions. Individual 1h15 sessions, at a pace suited to your practice, in a climate of trust and confidentiality.
Documented rigour. My practice is underpinned by a 16-criteria quality framework drawn from the leading works (Proctor, Hawkins & Shohet, de Haan, Bachkirova). You know what you are entitled to expect from quality supervision.
The outcome
- You gain clarity on your practice and your blind spots.
- You set down what you carry, instead of ruminating alone.
- You consolidate your posture — and your credibility, notably with large accounts.
- You turn an accreditation obligation into genuine professional development.
Formats & investment
I currently offer individual supervision in three formats:
- Continuing Professional Supervision Programme — €200 excl. VAT / month. A long-term commitment, with PerformanSe psychometric assessment included at onboarding. The most complete format, for a practice nourished throughout the year.
- Individual Supervision Pack — 5 sessions — €800 excl. VAT. A structured journey to step back over a given period.
- Pay-as-you-go — from 5 hours. A bespoke format, for a one-off need or a targeted issue.
