Team Intervention

What you may be observing in your team

  • It brings together strong individuals, but the whole produces less than the sum of its parts.
  • Meetings go round in circles, decisions don’t stick, and everyone leaves with their own version.
  • Tensions or unspoken issues weigh on the group — difficult subjects are carefully avoided.
  • After a reorganisation, a merger or the arrival of a new manager, the team struggles to regain a smooth way of working.
  • You are preparing a seminar, and you want it to produce real results — not just a nice day.

If you recognise yourself, the problem is not the level of the people. It is the way they work as a team.

A team is not the sum of its individuals

You can bring together brilliant professionals and end up with a mediocre team. What creates collective performance is not the addition of talents: it is the quality of relationships, the clarity of the shared purpose, and the psychological safety that allows everyone to dare to speak up, challenge and propose.
This is precisely the ground that facilitation and team coaching work on — how the collective functions, not individual skills.

Two modes, depending on your need

Facilitation — for a key moment. You have a seminar, a workshop, a milestone to get right: strategic alignment, team launch, resolving a sensitive issue. I design and lead a bespoke process that guarantees a real result, not a mere parenthesis.
Team coaching — to transform over time. When the aim is to lastingly change how the collective works, we embark on a journey over time: several sessions at the team’s pace, anchored in its real daily life.

A shared diagnosis through psychometrics. A PerformanSe team map highlights complementarities, friction zones and collective blind spots — a common language for talking about “how we work together”.
Grounded in psychological safety. As a certified practitioner in team psychological safety, I work on this invisible but decisive condition: the one without which no team truly dares to speak openly..

A clear framework for the sponsor

Whether you are a leader, HR director or training manager, you know exactly what you are buying and what comes back to you.

  • Protected confidentiality. What is said within the team stays within the team. You receive feedback on collective dynamics and progress — never on individual remarks.
  • A tripartite framing at the outset. Sponsor, manager and team agree from the start on the objectives, everyone’s roles and what will be reported back.
  • Regular progress points. You keep visibility on progress and on the achievement of objectives throughout the assignment.

The outcome

  • The team decides faster, and its decisions stick.
  • Unspoken issues get voiced, in a safe setting — tensions become useful energy.
  • Everyone understands their place and that of others, and plays collectively.
  • You have a collective aligned around a common goal, able to self-regulate.

Formats & investment

Every team intervention is unique: number of people, stakes, duration, context. I therefore build each assignment to measure, following a scoping conversation.

  • Seminar or workshop facilitation — one-off intervention, designed and led to measure.
  • Team coaching — support journey over time.
